In the first case, in fact, being subjected to a purely artisan processing with slow drying at low temperatures, the Italian pasta retains all its nutritional characteristics, essential for our body.
As far as the culinary aspect is concerned, paccheri rigati can be seasoned in every possible and imaginable way!
