Account cancellation information

Once your account has been deleted you will no longer be able to access your personal area on the website and you will therefore no longer be able to place orders or view your order history.

If you are subscribed to the newsletter you can unsubscribe from the list by sending an email to info@grimaldifood.com specifying the email to be deleted or clicking on “unsubscribe from the list” below each newsletter received.

Pursuant to Privacy Regulations and the EU-GDPR, the right to be deleted is guaranteed. You may request the exportation of your personal data before or after the deletion of your account or directly (without requesting the exportation) by sending a written request to info@grimaldifood.com from the same email address associated with your personal area. In any case, you can request the export of personal data at any time, even before the cancellation of your account in the manner indicated above. If you decide to delete your account, in order to exercise your right to be forgotten, you must in any case, before or after the cancellation of the same, send the request to delete your personal data from the email address associated with your account.
