The Falanghina Beneventana IGT that we offer in our shop has been made with 100% Falanghina grapes.
It comes from a historical vine and winery (Maurizio Grimaldi) and is processed respecting the character of originality, with special attention to the use of natural ingredients.
After manual harvesting, the grapes undergo a gentle crushing and cryomaceration treatment. The latter consists of a type of maceration in which the must remains in contact with the skin, from which it absorbs the aromas and flavours, maintaining a rather low temperature (5°C), so as not to start alcoholic fermentation too early (which is the phase immediately following).
The final result of this meticulous work is a fragrant, fruity and intense Falanghina wine with floral notes and a well-balanced acidity.
Our Falanghina Beneventana wine, served at 10°C, is suitable for aperitifs and to serve during meals.
The Falanghina wine taste pairs perfectly with fish dishes, risottos, mushrooms, fresh cheese, mozzarella, white meat.
