The Italian wine Aglianico Irpino DOC that we propose to our customers is a red wine produced by the family winery of Maurizio Grimaldi, the result of careful and scrupulous craftsmanship handed down from generation to generation.

According to tradition, the harvesting of the intensely coloured black bunches of grapes is followed by vinification in local chestnut vats.

It is precisely to the use of wooden, and not metal vats, that we owe the firm and genuine flavour, enriched with fruity and complex aromas.

Its body, flavour and intense colour make this Aglianico Irpino DOC perfect to accompany meals based on meat, game, legumes, cereals, mature cheese and cured meats.

It is best served at a temperature of 18°C.
